THE CHALLENGE
Property management specialists, Anderson, Wilde and Harris, look after a host of confidential data from landlord and tenant contact details to banking client information.
With most of the team mobile-working and with a view to mitigating cyber attack and protecting their client data they contacted CJAZ.
On CJAZ's recommendation, they decided to implement DUO Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
Having been their Managed IT Partner for the past five years, CJAZ knew exactly how to implement this simple yet effective added security layer without any interruption to the usual busy working lives of the AWH team.
THE PROJECT
"Implementation was easy, Paul, (CJAZ Technical IT Consultant) sent out invites to all the users who were not already installed at that point and everyone quickly downloaded the app and started using it. The process was very simple." says Elizabeth Adams, Managing Director, AWH.
THE RESULT
Overnight Anderson, Wilde and Harris were able to implement a second layer of security across their increasingly mobile workforce. DUO allows a much securer connection to their emails and server, through a dedicated mobile phone. This means that the likelihood of having both the dual factor authentication and passwords stolen is very unlikely.
AWH love how easy the DUO app is to use. Elizabeth commented, "The app has just 2 buttons and is very user friendly."
