Remote / Home based role

 

The role is to support a number of companies with their IT infrastructure. These companies are all SMEs 5-100 seats each. The ideal person will be required to have experience in the following areas:

 

• Visiting clients and managing expectations over the phone and face to face

• Excellent communication skills are essential 

 

You will have knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:

• IT Infrastructure

• Cloud Hosting

• Virtualisation

• Servers

• Networks 

• Office 365 

• Migrations

• Windows & Mac Operating Systems

 

You will ideally be an IT consultant, support analyst or technical consultant with 5-6 years experience or more. B2B experience is essential. You will be part of a small but very busy team, so being self-reliant yet a great team player is essential for this role.

Education:

A Level Standard or equivalent, preferred.

 

Previous roles may include: 

 

• IT Consultant

• Network Engineer

• Technical Consultant 

• Support Analyst

Employed on a permanent, full-time contract working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, you’ll be home-based, easily commutable to service our clients based in London and the surrounding area.
