Here’s the top takeaways from our recent CJAZ Client Survey.
100% of people surveyed said they trust CJAZ to deliver the right IT solutions for their business
100% of clients surveyed said they like our responsiveness to calls above anything else. (this is closely followed by our knowledge and expertise and our fast issue resolution).
100% of people surveyed said they are satisfied or very satisfied (70%) with our service.
Nearly 90% of CJAZ clients say we have helped them improve efficiency.
62% of people surveyed say that we have helped their businesses to grow.
Improving cybersecurity and hybrid working are the 2 main priorities for our clients in 2023.
Overall satisfaction rating was either 4 or 5 stars.

Cyber Security Developments
With cybercrime becoming more complex and adaptive so too do the cybersecurity technologies to prevent them. This is why CJAZ aware always reviewing and adapting our cybersecurity product suite and rolling these out where needed.
In response to the client survey, with many clients still looking to improve their cyber security, we will be expanding our cybersecurity range of services. Some of the new services we will be adding to our cybersecurity portfolio include:
Remote Browser Isolation
Remote or cloud-hosted browser isolation keeps untrusted browser activity as far away as possible from user devices and corporate networks. It does so by conducting a user’s web browsing activities on a cloud server controlled by a cloud vendor.
Phishing simulation guards your business against social-engineering threats by training your employees to identify and report them. Cybercriminals use phishing, the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as credit card details and login credentials, by disguising as a trustworthy organisation or reputable person in an email communication.
Some of you will have already met Matthew Leeming. Matthew joined CJAZ in November as a Technical Consultant. He has already visited or spoken to many of you and has been made to feel very welcome.
Levi has now left CJAZ to specialise solely on Cyber Security. He was a well-liked and respected member of our Team. We wish him all the best for the future.
Due to current business expansion, we will also be taking on more staff over the course of 2023, as and when they come onboard – we hope you will help us to make them feel welcome.
