THE CHALLENGE
Unhappy with the slow response times of their current IT provider, Anderson, Wilde, and Harris approached CJAZ looking for a more receptive, proactive IT partner.
With the larger IT support company, all calls were logged with an IT helpdesk where the service was not at all personal. Staff would initially log their problem with the first-line engineer, and then an hour later the second-line engineer would call back, but the whole approach lacked continuity and really wasn't working for the AWH team, who never knew who they would be speaking to next. This sporadic approach meant the technicians didn't fully understand the IT infrastructure and the needs of the AWH team.
OUR WORK TOGETHER
Then AWH switched to CJAZ and took a three-month trial, followed by a rolling monthly contract. During the first year, there were a lot of issues identified that needed attention, with the priority to ensure that the backup system was working reliably.
With CJAZ's extensive infrastructure and networking experience, two new servers were installed providing physical on-site and off-site backups. This was put in place due to the large file sizes that weren't practical for Cloud transfer.
